Winter Goals
My Winter Goals
- Wake up at 6:00 a.m. 5 days/week.
- Bible Time first priority of the day.
- Some form of Cardio every day: elliptical, workout video, ice skating, brisk walk, skiing, snowshoing, dancing, etc. (mix it up!!)
- Strength Training – 2-3 times each week.
- Squats, Lunges, Fire Hydrants, Push-ups, Tricep Dips, etc.
- No eating sweets at home Mon-Fri afternoon. Save sweets for parties and family gatherings (there are certainly plenty of those coming up!!!
