I love eating a healthy balanced breakfast because it helps jumpstart healthy habits all day long. This morning I had a bowl of Quaker Oatmeal Squares with blueberries and banana. When I am deciding what to eat, I always try to include protein and/or fiber at each meal.

Ginger Molasses Cookies
Mix:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
2 eggs
Blend in:
½ cup molasses
In separate bowl combine:
4 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Combine dry with moist. Scoop dough out with 1/8 or 1/4 cup. Roll in sugar and pat down on pan. [...]
